SEGRO Park Berlin Airport

SEGRO Park Berlin Airport – Modern logistics and light industrial space at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

The SEGRO Park Berlin Airport combines two complementary sections:

  • A logistics area with large-scale units totalling around 72,500 sqm of lettable space

  • A light industrial area offering flexible small and medium-sized warehouse and office units with more than 85,000 sqm of lettable space

With its modular structure, the park enables companies to rent units individually or in combination, supporting flexible growth and long-term planning on site.

Sustainable new developments

The park continues to grow with new construction phases that set standards for sustainability and energy efficiency:

  • 🔗 Phase 4: two large logistics units with a total of 18,850 sqm, available from July 2026, targeting DGNB Platinum and Climate Positive certification.
  • 🔗 Phase 7: 27,465 sqm of light industrial space, units from 1,000 sqm, available from January 2026, with features such as a 1 MWp photovoltaic system, BEG 40 standard and biodiversity zones.

Excellent connectivity

The location directly next to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) ensures strong international and national connections. The site lies on the B 96a and is linked to the motorway network via the A 113 and A 117, offering tenants optimal accessibility.
