In Phase 4 at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport, we are developing a new logistics building designed with sustainability at its core. Two units will be available, starting from 8,500 sqm, for a total of 18,850 sqm rentable space. The units will be ready for occupation from July 2026.
Sustainability features are integral to the design:

- EV charging stations for electric cars (20 % of all parking spaces)
- A sustainable greening concept, including green roofs
- A high-performance insulating building envelope (BEG 40 standard)
