SEGRO Park Berlin Airport – New Sustainable Logistics Development (Phase 4)

In Phase 4 at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport, we are developing a new logistics building designed with sustainability at its core. Two units will be available, starting from 8,500 sqm, for a total of 18,850 sqm rentable space. The units will be ready for occupation from July 2026.

Sustainability features are integral to the design:

  • Green electricity supply via an on-site photovoltaic system
  • EV charging stations for electric cars (20 % of all parking spaces)
  • A sustainable greening concept, including green roofs
  • A high-performance insulating building envelope (BEG 40 standard)
  • Targeted DGNB Platinum and DGNB Climate Positive certification

This state-of-the-art logistics facility combines ecological innovation with functional excellence, ensuring a future-proof location at Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
