SEGRO Park Berlin Airport – Phase 6B: A new generation of space
Phase 6B introduces a new building concept within the SEGRO Park Berlin Airport – focused on sustainability and flexibility. The three modular units are constructed using a timber-frame structure and enhanced by recyclable materials, photovoltaic systems and other ESG-focused features. A DGNB Gold certification is targeted.
The project comprises approx. 2,400 sqm of adaptable space – ideal for tech companies, creative industries and light production. Completion is scheduled for July 2026.
