SEGRO Park Berlin Airport – Construction Phase 7
The current construction phase 7 at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport is being developed to the latest standards of sustainable and energy-efficient industrial construction. The new warehouses feature eco-friendly timber beams, modern LED lighting throughout all units, and a photovoltaic system of 1 MWp installed across the rooftops.
A total of 27,465 sqm of rental space will be created, with units available from 1,000 sqm. The new space will be ready for occupation from December 2025.
To ensure a balanced environment, dedicated biodiversity and species protection areas are being created within the park. Our goal is to achieve DGNB Platinum certification, underlining our commitment to sustainable and future-oriented development.
