SEGRO, a leading owner, developer and manager of modern warehouse and production space, has commenced a new investment in Ożarów Mazowiecki. In the vicinity of the existing SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ożarów 1 will be a 15,600 sq m building, 80% of which has already been let before the development process has even started.

SEGRO has signed a pre-let agreement for a future development (BEFA) with an international player specializing in contract logistics, for a surface area of 60,500 sq m within the future SEGRO Logistics Centre Montargis, located in the Centre-Val de Loire region
