Logwin has been operating in Poland since 2003 and has long been a trusted partner to renowned companies in the fashion sector. From the facility in Nadarzyn, the logistics operator manages an extensive supply chain and is responsible for the smooth transport of products to its customers’ shops.

Marek Klichowicz, Branch Manager at Logwin Poland, said:

“Logistics in the fashion industry means time pressure and the need to respond quickly to frequent changes in collections. This market is characterised by seasonality, significant fluctuations in the volumes required at different locations, and a rigorous approach to on-time deliveries. Such a complex process requires facilities that allow operations to be scaled up instantly. The facility in Nadarzyn provides us with the infrastructure needed to keep pace with the dynamics of this sector.”

Bartosz Michalski, Director, Logistics, Poland at SEGRO, commented:

“Logwin has been serving well-known fashion brands from our park in Nadarzyn for years. The extension of the contract confirms that the location and standard of SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn effectively safeguard the continuity of supply chains with high requirements. We are building long-term relationships by providing clients with space that provides them with stable operating environment for their logistics activities.”

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is situated five kilometres from the administrative boundaries of Warsaw, on national road No. 8, near the Paszków junction. This ensures direct access to the country’s main transport routes. Ultimately, the park will provide the market with 150,000 square metres of warehouse and light industrial space. The park received the ‘Best Warehouse of the Year’ award at the 2017 Eurobuild Awards in the Tenants Award category. In line with the company’s standards, every new project is subject to BREEAM New Construction certification at a minimum of the ‘Excellent’ level. SEGRO also certifies older facilities, built before 2022, under the BREEAM In-Use scheme.
