SEGRO has signed a pre-let agreement for a future development (BEFA) with an international player specializing in contract logistics, for a surface area of 60,500 sq m within the future SEGRO Logistics Centre Montargis, located in the Centre-Val de Loire region

SEGRO, a leading owner, developer and manager of modern warehouse and production space, has extended its lease agreement with H&M at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznan, Gądki. The 34,000 sq m distribution centre supports the e-commerce operations of the Swedish clothing giant.

SEGRO, a leading owner, developer and manager of modern warehouse and production space, and DSV – Global Transport and Logistics are extending their cooperation agreement. Since 2019, the logistics operator has been a key tenant in the warehouse park near Wrocław, where it manages nearly 17,000 sq m of modern space.
