AWOT strengthens its European logistics network at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport
SEGRO has signed a lease agreement with AWOT Global Logistics B.V. for 2,816 sq m at Barnsteen 9, SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport in Hoofddorp. The international logistics service provider will take occupation of the property on 1 October 2026
AWOT Global Logistics B.V. will occupy a total of 2,816 sq m. The new location provides AWOT with high-quality, modern logistics space in close proximity to Schiphol Airport and the major road connections around Amsterdam, supporting the company’s international freight forwarding activities and continued growth.
Strategic location for international logistics
SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is located in the heart of the Schiphol logistics corridor, with direct access to one of Europe’s major international airports and excellent connections to the A4, A5 and A9 motorways.
Barnsteen 9 is part of the recently completed Barnsteen 9-12 development. The building has been designed to provide flexible and future-ready logistics space and combines high-quality warehouse accommodation with modern office facilities. The development is fully gas-free and includes energy-efficient installations, solar panels and battery storage. With a clear height of 12.2 metres, the units are designed to support a wide range of modern logistics operations.
