CENTRUMELEKTRONIKI.EU, a company dealing in the production and sale of consumer electronics, decided to rent 4,600 sq m. warehouse and 150 sq m office and social space in SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice. SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice is located in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway and national road No. 88 and near the intersection with the A1 motorway. The attractive location gives tenants the opportunity to use the extensive infrastructure in the Silesian region and guarantees excellent connections in all directions. Moreover, the advantage of the location is the proximity of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, which brings benefits to many enterprises.

Sustainable development is also becoming more and more important for businesses when choosing a location. The innovative solutions introduced in SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice include, among others: charging stations for electric cars or LED lighting controlled by the DALI system. Moreover, technological solutions that support the efficiency of processes in the park include automatic reading of license plates.

Joanna Janiszewska, Director, Silesia, SEGRO says:

“We are glad that CENTRUMELEKTRONIKI.EU joined the group of our clients in SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice and appreciated the attractiveness of this location for the e-commerce industry in the region.
