Located in the town of Le Thillay (95), 12 km north of Paris, the SEGRO Centre Le Thillay benefits from a privileged location between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Le Bourget airports, in the immediate vicinity of the RER D station. Goussainville and RER B Roissy-CDG and major roads towards Paris and the north of Île-de-France (A1, A104, A3, N104, D317).

This building, with a total surface area of 25,200 sqm, is divided into 4 independent cells; each offering approximately 5,830 sqm of activity spaces and 234 sqm of new offices meeting RT 2012.

David Nirlot, Site Manager of the Solina Group, commented:

“Solina immediately chose the Thillay site for three reasons: the geographical proximity to the current Goussainville site allows employees to come and work without seeing their organization change and it benefits from a very large warehouse, meeting the development needs of Solina, both in terms of its surface area and its ceiling height. Finally, this building is built according to the latest CSR standards, in terms of insulation and energy saving. It is therefore fully in line with the Solina group's Sustainability approach. »

In line with Responsible SEGRO, this new urban distribution center was built according to the latest architectural and environmental standards. This is characterized by the choice of construction materials with lower carbon emissions (with a 100% wooden superstructure for the office part), an approach which aims to reduce the quantity of waste from the design stage and to improve the management of residual waste, development of wooded areas, the creation of a wooden living base allowing the improvement of the quality of life at work and the reduction of energy consumption. The building, certified BREEAM 'Very Good', was designed to have the lowest possible environmental impact.

Laurence Giard, Managing Director of SEGRO France, commented:

“We are very pleased that the Solina Group and its subsidiary Cap Traiteur, which is a new client for us, has chosen the brand new SEGRO Centre Le Thillay, a state-of-the-art urban distribution center, to expand its activity.

This signature allows us to further expand the diversity of our client portfolio and illustrates a strong demand for modern and sustainable assets of large size, strategically located near major transport routes. »
