The urban business park with its more than 50,000 square meters is now fully let.

"With the new areas, we are well prepared for the launch of our new online shop in September 2021," says Ankes Brandes, Head of Saittavini Online.

"Thanks to its central location in Düsseldorf, our business park is ideally suited for an online retailer with such a strong local focus as Saittavini," says Oliver Kuropka, Associate Director Development Light Industrial at SEGRO. The managing director of the new tenant, Michelangelo Saitta, also manages the Saittavini (restaurant and wine shop), the Prinzinger by Saittavini (restaurant) and the Prinzinger.Wein (wine shop) in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel.

SEGRO's urban business park is located in Düsseldorf's Fichtenstraße on the approximately ten hectare former site of the world-famous steel construction company "Hein, Lehmann & Co". Located between Düsseldorf Central Station and the Höherweg car mile, it offers urban storage, production and leisure areas. In addition to SEGRO, which has its Northern European headquarters there, users of the park include DHL, the electrical wholesaler Sonepar, the innovation center for 3D printing from EOS, the Japanese automotive supplier THK and the bouldering hall Superblock.

The brokerage company Corealis Commercial Real Estate acted as an intermediary in the rental of Saittavini.
