These are the first leased units of the park's recently completed Phase Nine, which now has an additional 11,300 square meters available for lease. In total, the park has almost 95,000 square meters of rental space.

“This commercial space in Düsseldorf allows the company to drive its growth in North Rhine-Westphalia. Not only the good location of the area is decisive for this, but also that the SEGRO business parks are characterized by a representative appearance,” says Oliver Kuropka, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO.

The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd close to the city is a revitalization of industrial space on the site of the former paper factory Feldmühle, later of Stora Enso. The area is located at Bonner Strasse 317-363 and lies between the Reisholz port, the industrial area of southern Düsseldorf and the Benrath residence, which is famous for its palace and park. The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd is optimally connected to the motorway network and the airport and is around ten kilometers from downtown Düsseldorf. There is a tram stop right in front of the site. From there, the subway station Holthausen and the train station Benrath can be reached in about five minutes.

The park is particularly characterized by its sustainability - not only do the properties have high energy standards, offer plenty of daylight through roof domes and a high proportion of window surfaces, but also the sustainable raw material laminated wood was used for their construction. In addition, charging stations for e-cars are available. With the settlement of regional trees and plants, a high level of biodiversity is ensured on the site - in addition to beehives and bird nesting boxes.
