SEGRO rents 1,100 square meters to 0221 Mediagroup in SEGRO CityPark Cologne
SEGRO has rented 1,100 square meters in its SEGRO CityPark Cologne to 0221 Mediagroup, which specializes in live video productions.
“With 0221 Mediagroup, we have been able to gain another well-known company from the Cologne media industry as a tenant. Recently there have been indications that the park is becoming more and more interesting for film and television service providers,” says Simon Czerwinski, Associate Director Development Light Industrial at SEGRO.
The commercial park currently has around 43,000 square meters of rental space. Overall, the areas are later to be expanded to up to 55,000 square meters.
