SEGRO expands SEGRO Logistics Center Malsfeld for GEODIS by 14,200 square meters
SEGRO has acquired a 2.56-hectare site near Kassel, adjacent to its SEGRO Logistics Center Malsfeld.
The seller is the Zweckverband Interkommunales Gewerbegebiet Mittl. Fuldatal of the cities and communities Felsberg, Malsfeld, Melsungen, Morschen, Spangenberg, it was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. In the Dr. Reimer Straße 3, 14,200 square meters of logistics space will be created for GEODIS by 2020 - the building application for this has already been applied for. The logistics company GEODIS is thus supplementing its existing rental space on site at SEGRO of 20,000 square meters. With the expansion, GEODIS intends to further expand its 3PL business at the site.
After completion of the new space, SEGRO will have 46,000 square meters of rental space in Malsfeld.

The SEGRO Logistics Center Malsfeld is strategically located on the A7 (0.5 kilometers). The A5 (40 kilometers) and the A49 (12 kilometers) as well as federal highway 83 are also easy to reach thanks to excellent connections.
