The SunPrint printing company is renting around 1,100 square meters together with its partner Weinreich und Heinrich GmbH. Another approximately 700 square meters are rented from Schweng GmbH, which specializes in aluminum roofing (including terrace roofing, carports and summer gardens). In addition, DBK Gebäudemanagement GmbH, which took over the building management of the area at the beginning of January, rents around 400 square meters.

The commercial part of the park has so far covered almost 49,000 square meters of rental space. A large part of the fourth phase has already been let - almost 4,000 square meters are still available for rent from around 700 square meters. The first three phases are already fully let. In addition, three further construction phases are in the planning stage. In 2019, SEGRO had already achieved full occupancy of the approximately 72,500 square meter logistics section of the "SEGRO Airport Park Berlin".

“We are registering a great deal of interest, especially in the medium-sized spaces we offer, which are particularly suitable for urban logistics. We are thus closing the gap between smaller light industrial commercial areas and larger logistics units. There is no other provider in the region for such a wide range of sizes in a park,” says Christina Schultz, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO.

The "SEGRO Airport Park Berlin" is located directly on the B 96a in the immediate vicinity of the new capital city airport and offers an optimal connection to the motorway network via the A 113 and A 117.
