This means that the entire Bischofsheim logistics park, with its two construction phases and a total of more than 48,000 square meters of hall and office space, has already been fully let around six months before completion.

At the beginning of 2018, SLL rented 18,500 square meters in the SEGRO Logistics Park Bischofsheim, which are primarily intended for the storage and distribution of food products, mainly chocolate products. With this pre-letting, the areas can be expanded in line with increasing demand. The total area rented by SLL is now 32,900 square meters. The completion of the additional 14,400 square meters of rental space is planned for summer 2019.

“We are pleased to be able to meet the expansion requests of our customers with this letting and to be able to offer suitable areas. The full occupancy also shows us that the location between the business and industrial locations of Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, Mainz and Wiesbaden is one of the most sought-after logistics locations in the Rhine-Main area," says Nils Mutzke, Development Manager at SEGRO.

The SEGRO Logistics Park Bischofsheim is located in the center of the economically strong Rhine-Main region and is directly connected to the B 43 and A 60. Both Wiesbaden main station and Mainz main station are easy to reach by public transport. Mainz city center is only 15 kilometers away from the Logistics Park, and Frankfurt Airport is 18.5 kilometers away.
