We create the space that enables extraordinary things to happen.

SEGRO is a leading developer, owner and manager of industrial buildings for large corporates and small businesses including Brompton Bike, Netflix, Japan Centre, Mitsubishi, Royal Mail, London Ambulance Service and Panavision. As a long-term investor, SEGRO prides itself on creating and maintaining good relationships with our neighbours.

For 102 years, we have been working with local communities to bring forward new development schemes, providing training and job opportunities and investing in local good causes and charities. We intend to do the same in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Our communities

SEGRO has a proud history of investing in our local communities.

We work with local partners and charities to deliver initiatives to benefit residents: from training and support to help residents secure work to inspiring school children explore the world of work through career sessions and workshops, and from helping local businesses maximise the supply chain opportunities that our schemes bring to enhancing the environment to support biodiversity and wellbeing in local neighbourhoods.
