About the site
The 9 acre development site is positioned on SEGRO Park Premier Road - a prime industrial estate in Park Royal, which was acquired by SEGRO in 2009.
It currently accommodates a 1990s warehouse which has been vacant since Matches Fashion’s insolvency in 2024.
The existing warehouse building is not suitable for modern business occupation, but its materials will be reused/recycled for future development.
The site is surrounded by industrial buildings and railway lines. The nearest residents are located 280m to the north-east, at Albert Terrace on the other side of the railways.
