SEGRO and Due Torri Spa consolidate their partnership through the lease of a new 15,000 m2 property
Following the agreement, the Group's property portfolio in Italy is now fully let.
SEGRO has signed a lease agreement with Due Torri Spa, a leading logistics operator which is part of the Franceschelli Group, for a 15,000 m2 property located within the Bologna Interport.
In line with SEGRO's near- and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets, the building is BREEAM In Use Excellent certified and equipped with a 500 kWp+ solar PV system, which will enable the customer to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
Surrounded by communal green areas and equipped with parking spaces with charging points for electric vehicles, the property is located in one of Italy's most attractive freight villages thanks to its access to the motorway network, within which SEGRO has 13 properties, totalling 240,000 square metres.

The location of the property, together with its technical characteristics, made it the ideal solution for the needs of Due Torri Spa, a highly specialised player in the management of customised and tailor-made logistics services. The expansion of its presence within the Bologna Interport will allow Due Torri Spa to continue its growth and increase the value it provides to its customers.
