Located in the town of Le Thillay (95), 12 km north of Paris, the SEGRO Center Le Thillay and the SEGRO Park Le Thillay are in the heart of the future A Park district comprising 195,000 m2 of real estate developments on a plot of land. 27 ha.

With a total surface area of 47,200 m2, they benefit from a strategic location, 1 km from SEGRO Park Roissy and in the immediate vicinity of the D317 allowing access to the A1, A3 and A104 motorways in a few minutes. This complex, developed by Les Grands Champs Développement (Linkcity, SEMAVO, Portica) and built by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, will also benefit from the arrival of future line 17 of the Grand Paris Express.

SEGRO Center Le Thillay

Delivered in March 2023 and designed by Atelier M3, this urban distribution center is made up of four cells, two separate office blocks on two levels and loading rooms, for a total surface area of 25,200 m2.

Built according to the latest architectural and environmental standards, the SEGRO Center Le Thillay is BREAAM “Very Good” certified and has electric charging stations and a 100% wooden superstructure for the office area – making it possible to achieve a biosourced weight of two times higher than the most demanding level of the Biosourced Wood Building label. Particular attention has been paid to the creation of quality landscaped spaces in order to offer a privileged working environment to our clients and their employees.

SEGRO Park Le Thillay

SEGRO Park Le Thillay

Developed in two phases (1st delivery in March 2021, then in February 2023) and designed by Agence Franc, this latest generation business park consists of four independent, modular and divisible buildings, with a total surface area of 22 000 m2. Each building offers two levels of office space as well as a space dedicated to activity. A concierge service completes the package.

SEGRO Park Le Thillay is BREAAM “Good” certified and also benefits from electric charging stations and green spaces with trees in order to best meet the needs of our customers.

SEGRO Park Le Thillay is 100% leased and already houses 10 companies from a wide variety of sectors, including Logaero – a specialist in transport and logistics dedicated to the aeronautics industry; Vinted – an online community platform for buying and selling second-hand items; and WAM France – world leader in the manufacturing of equipment and components for industry.
