SEGRO leases 2,400 square meters of logistics space to Printcom and aTmos in Düsseldorf
SEGRO has newly let a total of 2,400 square meters of logistics space to two companies in its SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd. aTmos IndustrielleVACationtechnik GmbH rents 1,250 square meters, Printcom GmbH 1,150 square meters.
aTmos is a certified specialist for the supply, construction and maintenance of smoke and heat extraction systems, the most modern daylight solutions as well as ventilation, air conditioning, heating and cooling systems.
Printcom offers companies tailor-made solutions for their print and document management and intends to use the rental space as service and logistics space.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd currently has a total of 55,300 square meters of commercial space used by around 25 companies. Of this, around 4,600 square meters are still available for rent in flexible units.
"We are noticing strong demand for our modern and architecturally sophisticated spaces and are approaching full occupancy here in our SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd - only four of our 16 units are still available," says Oliver Kuropka, Associate Director, Development, Light Industrial at SEGRO.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd on Bonner Strasse is optimally connected to the motorway network and is around ten kilometers from downtown Düsseldorf. The site is located directly on the Rhine, between the Reisholzer Hafen, the industrial terrain of the south of Düsseldorf and the Benrath Residence, which is known for its palace and park. The new office and commercial space was built according to modern standards for sustainable, ecological and energy-conscious construction. For example, wood from the region was used for the glued laminated timber in the halls, the LED lighting is controlled by modern motion detectors and the halls offer natural daylight. In addition to seating in the countryside, the area also has beehives, insect hotels and nesting holes for native birds.
