The new contract will double the space previously occupied by the client who has been cooperating with SEGRO in Poznań for over 10 years and is related to his development plans.

Universal Express Distribution, as part of the company's development, has decided to double the space and lease 2,500 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki. The company provides services in the areas of purchasing, receiving, inventory control, picking operations, custom online ordering systems, activity analysis, and distribution of materials to help sell customers' products.

- We have been operating in SEGRO parks in Poznań for over 10 years - it was this long-term, effective cooperation that convinced us to increase our presence in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki. It is an ideal place for further development, among others thanks to the high quality offered by SEGRO parks and a convenient location, close to main communication routes. We believe that this will allow us to expand the catalog of services offered and, as a result, also expand our client portfolio. We hope that further cooperation with SEGRO will be as fruitful as it has been during the last decade - comments Adam Bieniek, General Director at Universal Express Distribution.

- We are glad that our next long-term client has decided to extend the cooperation with us, at the same time enlarging the area we have occupied so far. It is a clear proof for us that the quality of services and the direction of SEGRO's development meet with recognition and trust. We are proud that Universal Express Distribution, our client in Poznań for over 10 years, with unparalleled experience in Poland in terms of the distribution of promotional materials and warehousing services, will continue to develop under our roof - says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.
