SEGRO leases 10,000 square meters in the SEGRO Logistics Park Leipzig Airport
SEGRO has leased around 10,000 square meters in its SEGRO Logistics Park Leipzig Airport to a courier express parcel service provider. The real estate consultant Colliers advised the tenant on the brokerage of the space.
“We are very pleased that we can meet the short-term demand for space less than two weeks after contacting us. The proximity of our site to Leipzig/Halle Airport was also decisive, which enables short transport routes," says Christopher Gigl, Development Manager at SEGRO.
With this lease, the SEGRO Logistics Park Leipzig Airport is fully let. The now rented areas were only recently completed. However, a further 19,000 square meters can be created on a possible expansion area. In May, SEGRO also announced the full occupancy of its 53,000 square meter SEGRO Logistics Center Leipzig.
The SEGRO Logistics Park Leipzig Airport is located in Eichenallee in Kabelsketal and is characterized by its direct proximity to Leipzig/Halle Airport. Located directly on the B 6, there is also an excellent connection via the A 9 and A 14 motorways in the direction of Dresden, Halle and Kassel.
