SEGRO rents around 1,600 square meters in the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin
SEGRO has leased around 1,600 square meters in the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin to Toni Technik Baustoffprüfsysteme GmbH.
Toni Technik, a ZwickRoell Group company, is one of the leading international suppliers of building material testing devices and was founded in Berlin in 1876.
“With this rental, two companies, each with a long tradition, are coming together: while SEGRO celebrated its 100th anniversary in May, Toni Technik can already look back on 144 successful years. For us, this rental also confirms the importance of modern space and individual advice for potential new tenants: After the space was only vacated at the end of March, we were able to sign a lease with a new tenant at the end of May,” says Christina Schultz, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO.
The space that has now been rented is in the commercial part of the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin. This consists of flexible, small to medium-sized hall and office units with currently 49,000 square meters. Only one unit with approx. 1,000 square meters is currently available. Further construction phases are in the planning stage. In addition, the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin has a logistics section whose 72,500 square meters of rental space are fully let.
The SEGRO Airport Park Berlin is located directly on the B 96a in the immediate vicinity of the new capital city airport and offers an optimal connection to the motorway network via the A 113 and A 117.
