SEGRO rents 800 square meters in SEGRO CityPark Cologne
SEGRO has let a total of more than 800 square meters of commercial space in SEGRO CityPark Cologne.
The tenant is Kapten & Son GmbH, an e-commerce lifestyle accessory brand that specializes in watches, backpacks, sunglasses, blue light filter glasses and prescription glasses. The logistics real estate agent Logivest acted in an advisory capacity during the letting.
More than 50 percent of the park's 55,500 square meters of commercial space is now let. Areas ranging in size from 800 to 7,700 square meters are still available for interested companies to rent.
"With this lease, we can further diversify the user base of our CityPark and demonstrate the flexibility of the space," says Simon Czerwinksi, Leasing Manager at SEGRO. Tenants on the site include Deutsche Post, Delicato Foodservice, Alvero Büromöbelvermietung and deintorte.de.
The SEGRO CityPark Cologne is located on Vitalisstraße in Cologne-Bickendorf on the former AkzoNobel factory premises. The Technologiepark train station offers connections to the S-Bahn and regional train network.
