Located in Collégien, in the heart of the ZAC de Lamirault, the SEGRO Park Collégien - Square 8.0 business park with an area of 9,400 m2 has been developed in partnership with the Salini group.
Served by the A4 motorway and the A104 Ile-de-France, it benefits from a strategic location while offering immediate and quick access to airports, TGV stations and public transport.

Structured like a campus, SEGRO Park Collégien – Square 8.0 is intended to be a real center of activity within the territory of Marne-la-Vallée to accommodate companies from all sectors and all sizes (multinationals, SMEs/SMIs, start-ups, etc.).

Designed in wood frame, the 8 buildings that make up the set, independent and modular, are of high architectural and technical quality, and integrate tools to optimize energy consumption. The services offered and the particular care given to green spaces offer users of SEGRO Park Collégien a privileged working environment and optimal comfort. They also have pleasant terraces and are designed to reconcile well-being and work space.

Composed of four buildings, the first phase has just been completed and already hosts two tenant companies: Atalian PPR has leased building 8.1 (748 m²) and Tellus Group will occupy the entire building 8.2 (1,225 m² ).

“With the largest business premises market in Île-de-France on its Territory, EpaMarne-EpaFrance provides its partners with secure land to meet the needs of businesses. The real estate offer developed by Salini on behalf of SEGRO is totally in line with the logic of innovation and diversification of the offer of location solutions provided by EpaMarne-EpaFrance. With this program, the developer and Salini materialize the first act of a new generation of business parks, which reinforces and diversifies the offer of the territory in order to meet the needs of both local businesses and those wishing to set up there,” comments Christophe Mauge, EpaMarne-EpaFrance Development Director.

“In a context of revolution in consumption practices and transformation of urban uses in the heart of French cities, we are delighted to complete the real estate offer for distribution and urban logistics in Île-de-France with the new SEGRO Park Collégien – Square 8.0. The development of this new business park is the result of a fruitful collaboration between SEGRO, Salini and EpaMarne-EPAFrance, a key player in the territory of eastern Paris. This partnership reinforces our desire to continue our development in this territory, which has already demonstrated its attractiveness for companies and citizen users and its importance in the Ile-de-France economy", specifies Édouard Ancel, Director Urban Distribution & Business Parks, SEGRO France.

“Designed and built by Salini Immobilier, SEGRO Park Collégien - Square 8.0 approaches business real estate by combining respect for the environment, work optimization and employee well-being. We are happy to offer this new generation of business parks – and all the more so today when our work habits are about to be profoundly changed – which offers high quality constructive, architectural and even user-friendly solutions. » concludes Stéphane Salini, President of the Salini Group.

The launch of the second phase is planned for 2021.
