All thanks to SEGRO's purchase of new land, on the site of which another warehouse facility will soon be built, with additional space dedicated to the current client - Arjo Polska.

On the new plot in Komorniki, SEGRO will provide approximately 28,000 m2 of modern warehouse and production space, which will be tailored to the needs of customers representing various industries. Currently, on the basis of two pre-let contracts, the developer is starting the construction of the first phase of the planned investment of 11,350 m2. One of the signatories of the contract is Arjo Polska, which has been operating in the same SEGRO park for many years on an area of over 20,000 m2. Arjo is an international supplier of advanced medical equipment, improving the quality of life and health of people with reduced mobility and the elderly, it will also lease over 7,700 m2 of warehouse space in the newly constructed building.

- The location of our production and warehouse activities in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki and further expansion in the same location are dictated by, inter alia, attractive location of the park, proximity to the most important communication routes, as well as excellent service from SEGRO, which not only builds our business spaces, but also manages them. We are sure that, as before, we will be able to not only improve our logistics processes, but also strengthen our position both in Poland and in Central Europe - says Bartłomiej Kornaszewski, CEO of Arjo Polska.

Like other SEGRO facilities, the new project will be BREEAM certified, which guarantees high-quality workmanship and ergonomics during the building's operation. SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki currently covers the area of 181,600 m2 on 47.6 ha of land. The park is fully leased.

- We are proud that the process of purchasing a plot of land in Komorniki has been successfully completed. Thanks to this, we are expanding the SEGRO real estate portfolio in Poznań in this perfect location, which is characterized by the proximity of the most important communication junctions, good road infrastructure and the wealth of local markets. We are convinced that in this way we provide our current and new clients with appropriate working conditions and development prospects - says Bartosz Michalski, SEGRO Development Director.

- We are glad that our long-term client has decided to develop within SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki. Understanding the needs of a growing business, we try to provide all companies with the possibility of expansion within the existing facilities and as part of development projects that are part of our portfolio. We are also proud of the high level of service provided by our team of Leasing Managers and Property Managers, which in the case of this and many decisions related to signing lease agreements is very important - adds Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.
