In the SEGRO logistics park, the company has its Fulfillment Center (warehouse for e-commerce sales), from which products are shipped to 24 countries, including in Poland, Great Britain, Germany, the Baltic States, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Western European countries, served as part of the company's pan-European online store.

The dynamic development of the e-commerce sector and increasing customer requirements sealed LPP's decision to extend the lease agreement for warehouse space intended for the Fulfillment Center in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The excellently developing logistics operations and the satisfaction with cooperation with SEGRO are also evidenced by the fact that less than two years ago, LPP decided to expand the area by an additional 16,000 m2, which lasted less than four months, ultimately obtaining 46,600 m2 of space.

The warehouse is equipped with forty docks, six combi-docks, enabling the service of both delivery and commercial vehicles, thanks to which it is possible to complete orders faster and four "0" docks. Innovative solutions are also available in the building - thanks to the installation of air curtains over eight docks, heat loss has been minimized, and thus the facility has become more energy-efficient. The installed LED luminaires contribute to the reduction of electricity consumption by over 30%. Additional skylights and partially glazed blocks in the order picking area ensure maximum access to daylight and increase the comfort of work for employees. Thanks to these and other modern solutions in the area of sustainable development, the building received the BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating.

- Long-term cooperation with SEGRO, high quality of delivered space, speed and punctuality meant that we had no doubts about the contract extension. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is an optimal location for our operations in Poland and throughout Europe - says Sylwester Dmytriwski, E-commerce Fulfillment General Manager LPP.

- Extending the lease contract with LPP SA is a great joy for us and a reason to be proud. We are glad that for our client Stryków turned out to be a comfortable location, and the solutions we have implemented contribute to the improvement of processes in the warehouse - says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.

The SEGRO logistics park in Stryków, established in 2006, is one of the developer's flagship parks in this part of Europe. Located close to the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, it provides customers with efficient deliveries in all directions. Ultimately, the entire facility may be expanded to almost 400,000 m2 of warehouse, cross-docking and production space.
