Peaceful sleep with BekaertDeslee for longer in SEGRO Park

BekaertDeslee has been running its production facility in the park for five years. The client was advised by AXI IMMO in the lease extension transaction.

The area dedicated to BekaertDeslee is intended for production, office and social purposes and has over 3,300 m2. Since October 2015, the only Polish branch of this Belgian manufacturer of mattress components has been operating at SEGRO Business Park Łódź.

BekaertDeslee operates in 27 locations on 6 continents, employing over 3,500 people and ensuring a good night's sleep for 600 million people every night. The company's turnover oscillates around 350 million euro.
