SEGRO has let around 3,800 square meters of commercial space in SEGRO Airport Park Berlin. New tenants are svt Brandsanierung GmbH (1,621 square meters), ALPHA Bürosysteme GmbH (564 square meters), REISSWOLF file and data destruction (810 square meters) and the courier service provider GO! General Overnight & Express Logistics (787 square meters).

The third construction phase of the business park is already 90 percent let. In addition, the former Air Berlin area with 3,000 square meters could be re-let 100 percent after only 4.5 months. "The fact that we were able to re-let an area of 3,800 square meters within a month shows that the demand for commercial space in and around Berlin remains high," says Christina Schultz, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO Germany. "Above all, the divisibility of the commercial space from 450 square meters enables us to react flexibly to the space requirements of our tenants."

Based on the three completed construction phases, the commercial part of the SEGRO Airport Park has an occupancy rate of 92 percent. A fourth phase with an additional 12,500 square meters is under construction. Completion is scheduled for April 2019. The commercial part of SEGRO Airport Park Berlin will then have more than 48,000 square meters of rental space. At the moment there are three more construction phases in the planning stage. In addition, the logistics part of the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin has more than 72,500 square meters of rental space.

The SEGRO Airport Park Berlin is in the immediate vicinity of the future capital city airport. Due to its location directly on the B 96a, which leads to the A 113 and A 117, it offers optimal connections to the motorway network.
