SEGRO achieves full occupancy in SEGRO Park Mörfelden
SEGRO has let a total of 6,000 square meters of commercial space to four new tenants in SEGRO Park Mörfelden near Frankfurt am Main.
The entire park was thus fully let within a year. In total, it offers 19,000 square meters of rental space in three buildings, including around 12,000 square meters of hall space, 3,000 square meters of service space and 4,000 square meters of office space.
The new tenants include the parcel service provider Eule International GmbH and the logistics company Accex Logistik GmbH, each renting an area of 2,000 square meters, as well as First Line GmbH, a forwarding company, which rents 1,100 square meters. In addition, Cansativa GmbH, a wholesaler of pharmaceutical products, is renting almost 900 square meters.
“We are very pleased that we were able to attract such a diverse mix of tenants and to retain these tenants in the long term. This illustrates the appeal that our modern space and attractive location are having,” says Janina Kaya, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO, who has completed all leases. The brokerage house Colliers International provided support for two lettings and the brokerage house Knight Frank for one letting.
Mörfelden-Walldorf is located directly south of Frankfurt Airport with a direct connection to the A5 federal motorway. Mörfelden is directly connected to the city center of Frankfurt am Main by regional and S-Bahn trains.
