DSV has thus expanded its rental space in Krefeld to almost 90,000 square meters. The new areas were developed by SEGRO especially for DSV and were handed over in September 2019. In addition to around 9,000 square meters of storage space and 1,500 square meters of mezzanine space, they contain 400 square meters of office and social space and a 150 square meter connecting airlock to the existing building.

"As a reliable partner for our tenants, it is important to us to offer them the flexibility to adjust their space according to the business development at the respective location. Accordingly, we are very pleased that we can support DSV in its expansion in Krefeld,” says Jim Hartley, Business Unit Director Northern Europe at SEGRO.

The SEGRO Logistics Park Krefeld is conveniently located between Rotterdam and the Ruhr area and is therefore an ideal location for companies in the logistics sector in particular. The airport and the Düsseldorf exhibition center can be reached directly via the nearby motorway exit Krefeld-Fichtenhain (BAB 44).
