Privacy and cookies

Midwich, the UK's leading trade only audio visual (AV) and document solutions distributor, has taken a 31,634 sq ft unit at SEGRO Park Bracknell. The company has signed a 15-year lease and will take occupation in early 2019.

The unit will be home to more than 80 sales specialists and be used as a showroom for Midwich’s wide range of products for existing and potential customers to view. SEGRO Park Bracknell will be Midwich’s prestigious new southern showroom which is currently located in Crowthorne and Reading.

On the remainder of the site SEGRO have speculatively built a single unit of 90,054 sq ft, which is available for immediate occupation. The unit benefits from 12 metre eaves and a 45 metre secure yard.

The remaining sites on SEGRO Park Bracknell offer the flexibility to Design & Build new industrial space up to a total of 185,000 sq ft with detailed planning for a 60,000 sq ft unit.

Bracknell is already home to Waitrose headquarters, Boehringer Ingelheim, a world leading pharmaceutical company, and Fujitsu, a leading provider of IT products and services for the global marketplace.
