SEGRO plc (‘SEGRO’) today announced it has completed two deals ahead of practical completion at Central Spacewaye on North Feltham Trading Estate, which is located three and a half miles from Heathrow Airport’s Cargo Terminal.

Williams & Hill, the leading global fine art logistics company with locations in London and New York, has taken a 25,898 sq ft unit on the Estate on a 15-year lease. Williams & Hill is an existing SEGRO customer which will now occupy three SEGRO warehouses, including units at Central Spacewaye and Heron Way on North Feltham Trading Estate.

Satair Group, a world leader in the commercial aerospace aftermarket, has taken a 19,192 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease at Central Spacewaye. Satair Group, a long-standing customer of SEGRO will use the space for the storage and servicing of aircraft components.

Alan Holland, Greater London Business Unit Director, SEGRO said:

“As a result of these lettings Central Spacewaye is now 57% let ahead of practical completion, ensuring we’re in a positive position to let the remaining Grade A space ahead of agreed timescales. Both Williams & Hill and Satair Group are existing customers of SEGRO and Central Spacewaye with its excellent connections to Heathrow, proved to be invaluable to the future business growth and ambition of our global clients. The development of Central Spacewaye again vindicates our proven strategy of speculatively developing new Grade A modern units which offer our customers the opportunity to move to larger premises, allowing their businesses to evolve and grow.”

Central Spacewaye, a prime location for logistics, is located at the well-established North Feltham Trading Estate, with easy access to a multi-skilled labour pool and only three and half miles from Heathrow Cargo Terminal. The new development comprises three new warehouse/industrial Grade A modern specification units, with one remaining unit of 36,116 sq ft available.
