Topping a field of ambitious local entrepreneurs, Vitz impressed the judges with its bold plans for growth and its focus on community with an in-demand and on-trend product.

Their reward? A year’s rent-free use of a 585 sq ft enterprise unit at 915 Yeovil Road, complete with high-speed fibre connectivity, covered estate charges and insurance, and access to SEGRO’s powerful support network.

Jo Jackson, Director, Western Corridor, SEGRO, said: “We were inspired by the creativity and determination shown by all our entrants. Vitz stood out for their energy and vision – the perfect example of the entrepreneurial spirit we’re proud to champion here on Slough Trading Estate.”

The competition builds on SEGRO’s long tradition of helping businesses take flight. From start-ups finding their first home to established success stories, such as MPM Flooring, which began in an enterprise unit and now operates from a thriving HQ building on the Trading Estate. SEGRO continues to provide the space where extraordinary things happen.
