FLEXIBLE LEASING TO HELP YOUR BUSINESS
The Slough Trading Estate Leasing Team is based on site and able to help with all leasing enquiries.
Two main types of lease are available on the estate, though not for every property, although they can be tailored to meet your exact needs.
Our Enterprise Lease which are available for units in our Enterprise Quarter and offer flexible terms written in plain English. The lease runs for 3 years, but you have the option to move out at any time after 12 months, usually on 3 months notice. Your rent includes insurance, external repairs and the estate service charges.
Our Standard Lease gives you the choice of term between 5 and 25 years. You’ll find this is a very tenant-friendly lease – clear, concise and drafted having regard to the Code for Leasing Business Premises. As with most leases of this type, the cost excludes service charges, business rates and insurance.
