Grade A sustainable buildings with a high quality design and landscaping that will be for example BREEAM Excellent certified ensure the reduction of carbon footprint and energy costs for our customers. SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is developing two types of products: one has been mainly built to accommodate flexible large scale logistics. The other will offer a variety of logistics units especially designed for airport related value added logistics.
Expansion SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport
SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is currently being expanded with 6 Logistic Units and 2 Logistic Centers.
The innovative and sustainable warehouses are not only an eye-catcher along the A4 motorway but also a state-of-the-art example of sustainable construction.
The buildings will be partially self-sufficient. Energy will be generated using solar panels and stored using battery technology, so that the energy can be used when the sun is not shining. The buildings will be BREEAM Excellent certified and there is also a lot of consideration for biodiversity and the use of sustainable materials. In the distribution center's outdoor area, space has been created for nature to promote biodiversity.
The high-quality units of approximately 1,200 to 27,500 sq m will be completed from Q1 2024.
