Description

A strategic location in the Lille region

The SEGRO Logistics Center Dourges is a multimodal logistics building, to which a second building of equivalent surface area will be added, the construction of which will begin in 2022.

30 km from Lille and 16 km from Lens, the building is 20 minutes from Lille-Lesquin airport, and close to the TER station in Dourges. It benefits from a very good service with close access to the A1 and A21 motorways. Finally, the site allows direct access to the railway and access by river to the Canal de la Haute Deûle, linking Valenciennes to Dunkirk.

An efficient multimodal logistics unit

The SEGRO Logistics Center Dourges offers a high-quality architectural service, and versatility rare in the region: access to motorways, rail freight with its dedicated quay, and easy transit with the waterways (Canal de la Haute Deûle).

Backed by the logistics spaces, the offices, which benefit from an independent entrance, offer a pleasant working environment for the employees.
