The first phase focused on the common areas of the business park: landscaping renovation and creation of green spaces with the planting of 120 additional trees, resurfacing of the park's traffic lanes with a 20% reduction in surface area waterproofed by creating new surfaces of green spaces and parking spaces in Evergreen, beautification of outdoor spaces, replacement of all outdoor lights, etc.

During the second phase and within the framework of the tertiary decree, SEGRO is continuing its energy renovation policy by focusing on the renovation and modernization of the facades of buildings 1 to 6. This new complex of facades will make it possible to reduce losses by 15% energy, through insulation, replacement of windows, etc.

Work has already begun and will continue in the coming months with phases 3 and 4 for the secondary driveway.
