Privacy and cookies

Humble will occupy 1,341 sq m at Rijnlanderweg 766A from 1 May 2026, withRemiro Freight Services follwing from 1 September 2026 with 1,866 sq m at Rijnlanderweg 766F.  These agreements bring two internationally oriented occupiers to a strategic location within the Schiphol corridor, well suited to both international supply chains and time-critical logistics services.

Sustainable logistics space

The units at Rijnlanderweg 766 form part of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, a gas-free logistics park located directly next to Schiphol Airport, with excellent connections to the A4, A5 and A9 motorways. The location is ideally suited to businesses combining speed, international accessibility and operational reliability.

The buildings have been developed with a strong focus on quality and sustainability, including a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification, fully electric installations and energy-efficient features such as solar panels and LED lighting. This contributes to lower operational costs and reduced CO₂ emissions in day-to-day operations.

Remiro Freight Services B.V

Remiro Freight Services B.V. is an international freight forwarder specialising in time-critical logistics solutions via air, sea and road transport. The company operates within a global network and supports import and export flows for a diverse customer base. With their presence at SPAA, Humble and Remiro support the ambitions and continued growth of their organisations.

In addition to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, SEGRO also operates logistics centres in the Netherlands in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Roosendaal, Breda, Venray, Heerlen and Oosterhout.
