Grospiron Mobility Solutions, a leading provider of international relocation and mobility management services, is leasing 4,982 sq m.

Already established in France and internationally, notably in Dubai and Hong Kong, the company is continuing to roll out its global logistics network. The choice of Marly-la-Ville is part of a strategic plan, based on the site’s immediate proximity to the Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport hub, as well as its suitability for the Group’s operational requirements and growth prospects.

As part of this development, SEGRO will fit out approximately 100 sq m of office space integrated into the logistics facility, enabling optimised on-site operational management. This new platform will host warehousing activities, international supply chain management and value-added logistics services, directly supporting the international mobility operations of the Group’s clients.

This facility strengthens Grospiron Mobility Solutions’ ability to offer integrated solutions, combining logistics expertise, mastery of international flows and premium service quality, for the benefit of its corporate and private clients.

Jean Luc Haddad, Chairman of Grospiron Mobility Solutions, said:

“This new logistics platform is fully in line with our strategy for international development and operational innovation. It strengthens our ability to offer integrated, flexible and sustainable solutions, in step with the current challenges of international mobility.”

For its part, Quai 77, a specialist in logistics and transport, established since 2021 in approximately 5,000 sq m within Building D, is continuing to expand within the park by leasing an additional 6,859 sq m of space. This expansion will enable the company to support the growth of its business and respond to new market opportunities. In this new unit, Quai 77 will carry out storage and transport operations to accommodate the recent increase in its volumes.

Located 30 minutes from Paris and 12 minutes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, with quick access to the A1 and the Francilienne, the SEGRO Logistics Park Marly-la-Ville benefits from a strategic location at the heart of the main logistics hub in northern Île-de-France.

Spanning 25 hectares, the park comprises nearly 120,000 sq m spread across five independent buildings. Building D offers a clear height of approximately 9.50 metres and ICPE authorisations suitable for logistics use.

Laurence Giard, Managing Director France at SEGRO, says:

“What is particularly telling about these two deals is how they complement each other. The fact that we are welcoming a new tenant whilst supporting the expansion of an existing customer is a sign that the site is performing well, beyond its technical specifications alone.

In Marly-la-Ville, we are meeting very specific needs, including proximity to Roissy, accessibility, but also the ability to adapt quickly, whether for a first-time establishment or to accommodate growth. In the current climate, this flexibility is crucial.”

With Building D now fully occupied, the site demonstrates SEGRO’s ability to offer modular, immediately operational spaces, suitable for both new set-ups and expansions. Recent improvements (LED lighting, de-stratifiers and charging points) enhance the site’s appeal and comfort for operators.
