Maciej Mikołajczuk, Managing Director, Silverstone Polska, said:

“Stryków has remained a key hub in our logistics network for many years. The growth of our business and increasing operational needs have led us to decide to expand our warehouse space. This will enable us to meet our customers’ expectations even better, whilst remaining in a familiar location. We value our existing partnership with SEGRO and are delighted to be able to continue it in our new, larger premises.”

Founded in 1995, SILVERSTONE is now one of Europe’s largest suppliers of material handling equipment. The company is also the exclusive representative of the CFMOTO brand in Poland, renowned for its high-quality motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. SILVERSTONE is headquartered in Ljungby, Sweden, and its distribution network spans 28 countries. The Polish branch has been operating since the second half of 2005 and, since 2024, has been based at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, where its Polish headquarters is located. The warehouse in central Poland ensures rapid availability of the full product range for customers.

Bartosz Michalski, Director, Logistics, Poland, SEGRO, commented:

“Our long-standing relationships with customers are the best evidence of the quality of the solutions we offer. We are particularly pleased when companies have been successful and are in a position to expand, and when SEGRO is able to accommodate their growth within our logistics parks. SILVERSTONE Polska’s decision to extend its lease and relocate to a larger space demonstrates how important it is to be able to flexibly adapt the space occupied to changing business needs whilst retaining a proven location.”

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the company’s flagship development in central Poland, covering 87 ha of land and, ultimately, providing nearly 400,000 sq m of warehouse and production space. The park stands out for its strategic location, just 3 km from the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, and offers excellent external infrastructure, including wide roads and manoeuvring areas, as well as 24-hour security and ongoing support from SEGRO’s property managers. The park is equipped with, among other things, charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles and an automatic number plate recognition system, which optimises entry and exit times.
