CSafe Global Coöperatief U.A., a global provider of end-to-end temperature-controlled shipping solutions for the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, will occupy 9,723 sq m at Dreamstreet 21, Schiphol Trade Park, a sustainable and innovative logistics and business park near Schiphol Airport. With this agreement, SEGRO supports the continued growth of an internationally oriented occupier at a strategic location within the Schiphol corridor, well suited to international supply chains and time-critical logistics services.

Future-ready logistics space

The warehouse is part of SEGRO Logistic Centre Schiphol, a gas-free logistics centre located at Schiphol Trade Park, directly next to Schiphol Airport and offering excellent connections to the A4, A5 and A9 motorways. This makes Dreamstreet a strong location for companies for whom speed, international accessibility and operational reliability are essential.

Dreamstreet 21 has been developed with a clear focus on quality and sustainability. The building holds a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification and is equipped with fully electric installations and energy-efficient features, including solar panels and LED lighting. These specifications help reduce operational costs and CO₂ emissions in day-to-day operations.
