SEGRO, a leading owner, developer, and manager of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, has extended its agreement with Vilmorin Garden at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki. The company will continue to operate on 10,500 sq m of modern warehouse space, confirming the strategic importance of this location for its further development.
The cooperation between SEGRO and Vilmorin Garden began in 2008. The decision to extend the agreement underscores the trust in the high quality of facility management and the partnership with SEGRO, which for years has provided the customer with key infrastructure supporting its development.
Vilmorin Garden is a company with a long tradition dating back to the mid-18th century, specializing in the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality vegetable, flower, and herb seeds, as well as grass mixtures. The space at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki has been an important part of the company's operational base for many years. In 2022, the company expanded its operations and leased 10,500 sq m in a new facility at SEGRO's warehouse park in Komorniki.
