Schöck extends its contract at SEGRO Park Tychy, Przejazdowa
SEGRO, a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouses, industrial property and data centres, has extended its lease agreement with Schöck Sp. z o.o. at SEGRO Park Tychy, Przejazdowa. The company occupies 4,200 sq m of space at the park, and as part of the new contract, SEGRO will install a photovoltaic system with energy storage and an electric vehicle charging station for the client
Schöck Sp. z o.o. has been operating in Tychy since 2007, and has been based at SEGRO Park Tychy, Przejazdowa, since 2018. The company is part of the German Schöck Group, founded in 1962, headquartered in Baden-Baden and operating in around 40 markets worldwide. Schöck specialises in innovative construction solutions that improve the thermal, acoustic and structural performance of buildings, with a particular focus on thermal insulation technology.
