This site represents the final planned expansion phase of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport along the prominent A4 and A5 motorways. Construction began in the summer of 2025, with completion scheduled for May 2026.

Sustainable and flexible commercial space

The new development comprises approximately 6,308 sq m of warehouse space, 1,536 sq m of office space and 582 sq m of mezzanine, divided across four units. Units are available from 1,400 sq m.

The building will achieve a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification and will feature solar panels and energy-efficient installations to help reduce carbon emissions and operational costs. In addition, lower carbon materials – such as circular steel and asphalt – will be used, and biodiversity is a key principle in the landscaping design.

Activities to pre-lease the units have already begun. Companies locating here will benefit from the park’s strategic position close to Schiphol Airport and its excellent connections to the A4, A5, A9 and A10 motorways. This makes the location particularly attractive for logistics, light industrial and air freight companies, as well as for high-value and time-sensitive sectors such as pharmaceuticals and perishables.

Eelco Ouwerkerk, Head of Netherlands at SEGRO:

“With this project, we are completing this expansion phase of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport. The new units combine premium quality, sustainability and outstanding accessibility – creating the ideal environment for companies seeking top-tier facilities to future-proof and grow their business.”
