Logwin specialises in comprehensive logistics solutions, including warehouse logistics and sea, air, rail and road freight forwarding. It also offers e-commerce services. Logwin Poland, operating on the Polish market since 2003, belongs to the international Logwin Group, which has branches in 36 countries, enabling it to serve customers worldwide.

At SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, the company leases a warehouse of over 3,190 sq m and offices of approximately 270 sq m. This is the place where Logwin provides services to a customer operating in the coffee industry. The park's location south of Warsaw, near the S8 route, enables quick access to key transport hubs and corridors, which significantly optimises logistics processes.

Marek Klichowicz, Branch Manager, Logwin Poland, said:

“Our long-standing cooperation with SEGRO has shown us that both the choice of partner and the location in Nadarzyn were optimal – especially from the customers’ perspective. We are looking for warehouses that guarantee high flexibility and an excellent location, allowing us to minimise delivery times. In this business, it is not only hours that count today, but also minutes and seconds. The right workspace definitely supports the development of our services, and I am convinced that this will also be the case in the coming years.”

Bartosz Michalski, Director, Logistics, Poland, SEGRO, said:

“SEGRO's warehouse and production parks, located in strategic locations, are characterised by innovative solutions in the area of sustainable construction. In addition, our customers can count on the constant support of experienced Property Managers. The extension of the contract by Logwin Poland is proof of their trust and satisfaction with our long-term cooperation.”

The warehouse park in Nadarzyn provides flexible logistics solutions and supports sustainable development. Its facilities include electric vehicle chargers and an automatic number plate recognition system, which reduces waiting times for entry and thus reduces CO2 emissions. The park also offers amenities for employees to promote their well-being, such as an outdoor gym and relaxation areas.
