A sweet start to the year at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Okęcie
Sweet Gallery, the owner of gastronomic franchise points, such as Lodolandia & Kołacz na Okrągło, SiGelato and Bafra Kebab, has signed a lease agreement for almost 1,100 m² of space at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Okęcie.
The space will be used to store components for production, including ice cream, waffles and sauces. SEGRO Business Park Warsaw Okęcie is currently fully leased.
Sweet Gallery is a company that owns several franchise gastronomic chains. It is one of the largest players in the mobile gastronomy sector in Poland. It also works abroad: in Romania, Germany, Austria, Great Britain and Slovakia. The company cooperates with global retail chains, locating its points of sale, among others at shopping malls and retail parks. These are outdoor, outdoor points, and the sale takes place from a "safe window" in the form of a take away. The new warehouse location in Warsaw will allow Sweet Gallery to further develop points of sale and will support the plan to diversify the gastronomic offer.
