SEGRO leases 3,700 square meters to APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH (APT) in SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd
SEGRO has let a total of 3,700 square meters of commercial space in SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd to APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH
The company, which belongs to the Masterflex Group, is thus relocating its headquarters from Neuss to Düsseldorf. APT is a specialist in the manufacture of hoses, heat-shrinkable hoses and profiles made from fluoropolymers, a group of plastics that are characterized by particularly high chemical and temperature resistance. The real estate agent JLL advised APT on the search for space.

The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd is a revitalization of industrial space on the site of the former Feldmühle paper mill, later owned by Stora Enso. The young commercial area was built according to modern standards for sustainable, ecological and energy-conscious construction. For example, wood from the region was used for the glued laminated timber in the halls and the LED lighting is controlled by modern motion detectors and supplemented with plenty of daylight. Together with seating in the countryside, this contributes to the increased well-being of the tenants in their working environment. In addition to beehives, the site also offers insect hotels and nesting holes for native birds.
The area is located at Bonner Strasse 317-363 and lies between the Reisholz port, the industrial area of southern Düsseldorf and the Benrath Residence, which is famous for its palace and park. The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd is optimally connected to the motorway network and the airport and is around ten kilometers from downtown Düsseldorf. There is a tram stop right in front of the site. From there, the subway station Holthausen and the train station Benrath can be reached in about five minutes.
