Chemsplash is an Irish company with over 40 years of experience, which offers disposable protective clothing and personal protective equipment for the medical and industrial sectors. Its newly established daughter company, as part of the development of its sales network in Poland and other European countries, decided to lease space in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki.

- From our newly rented facility in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki, we will distribute products throughout Europe. We chose Poland and the SEGRO facility due to the location advantages that will enable us to dynamically develop our business, and also due to the high quality of services offered by the developer. SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki, is located by the S11 expressway and close to the A2 motorway, being an ideal place for logistics and distribution activities. It consists of two buildings with a total area of almost 77,000 m², located on a plot of 20 ha. The park is equipped with a convenient communication system, including wide internal roads, maneuvering areas and parking lots for employees and customers. The area is fenced and under 24/7 security. Customers are also provided with the help of a dedicated SEGRO Property Manager.
